Any midweek games are played on Tuesdays, Wednesdays
or Thursdays.
As featured in the February 2001 issue of On the Ball (along with an interview and profile of Everton Ladies captain Mo Marley), Marine AFC's stadium has its own car-park, clubhouse and a top quality pie-shop (the 'Scouse House'), two covered stands (the Main Stand is pictured below), and a terrace at one end. All are welcome!
Two views of the Main Stand at Marine
From Liverpool or the south: pick up Stanley Road (Kirkdale),
turn left onto Balliol Road before you reach Bootle New Strand, straight onto
Millers Bridge, turn right at the junction onto Derby Road (the Liverpool docks
complex will now be on your left), continue along Primrose Road and then straight
on onto Crosby Road South, for about 2/3 of a mile. Continue onto Crosby Road
North for about half a mile, and turn then left onto College Road. Follow it
round for about a quarter of a mile, and Rosset Park is on the left hand side.
From the north: from the Liverpool Road roundabout in
Crosby, turn right onto Coronation Road, turn left onto College Road, and Rosset
Park is about 100 yards down on the right hand side.
By train: turn out of Blundellsands and Crosby station
onto Blundellsands Road, turn right onto Eshe Road, right again onto College
Road, and Rosset Park is about 100 yards down on the right hand side. The station
is about five minutes walk from the ground, and is served by Merseyrail trains
from Liverpool Central or Liverpool Moorfields (about half an hour journey).
